PAVLA PROCHÁZKOVÁ, M.A.
I studied languages and history at the University of Bern in Switzerland. After working in investment banking, later in executive search and spending time with my family, I started looking for a new career goal. Due to the history in my family, I have always been interested in the motor development of children and the relationship between the functionality of the brain and movement capabilities. How do these two areas work together and how can you support the learning process (today we speak of brain plasticity). I became acquainted with the Feldenkrais® method and was immediately thrilled by the wide range of its use, the fascinating findings and theory behind this method. I completed my four years of training in the Feldenkrais® Method in Heidelberg, Germany (Feldenkrais-Zentrum Heidelberg) under the guidance of Ulla Schläfke and Roger Russell, who was a student of Dr. Feldenkrais himself. I’m a certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner.
In group lessons I teach adults of all ages and teenagers.
I offer group and individual lessons in Czech, English and German.
